Allison Ashinhurst

Director of Operations

Allison joined the JIAN Group as Director of Operations, where she provides operational support to the Partners and assists the Managing Partners with the day-to-day operations of the firm. Before joining the JIAN Group, Allison held positions in customer service, marketing, and business development. Her experience includes overseeing daily operations, managing processes, coordinating teams, planning and implementing marketing initiatives, and serving as a liaison between businesses and their partners to coordinate efforts and build strong relationships.

Allison graduated from James Madison University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree. She has been married to her Marine husband for 22 years, and together they have moved 12 times over the past two decades. They now reside in Stafford, Virginia, with their three boys.
